Haz-Elec delivered complete industrial electrical wiring, integration, and commissioning services for a high-output Marini Top Tower TT2500 asphalt plant over a 5-month period. The project combined advanced modular plant engineering with heavy-industrial electrical expertise to deliver a fully operational, high-capacity production facility.

Scope of Works

  • Hardwiring & Cable Management: Installed robust cable containment, cable ladders, and high-temperature-rated cabling designed to withstand the intense thermal demands of the drying, heating, and mixing zones.
  • Power Distribution & MCCs: Wired, terminated, and interconnected heavy-duty Motor Control Centres (MCCs), switchboards, sub-mains, and specialized drives powering the plant’s mechanical core.
  • Process & Automation Wiring: Integrated intricate control wiring for the Marini Cybertronic automation system, connecting instrumentation loops, sensors, and actuators for real-time monitoring of batching, temperatures, and motor performance.
  • Plant-Wide Integration: Hardwired core production modules supporting a 200 t/h output—including the cold feeds, dryer drum, burner management system, high-percentage RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement) units, filter tower, and insulated mixing tower.
  • Safety Circuits: Deployed comprehensive emergency stop loops, safety key systems, and localized interlocks across all modular access levels.

Key Outcomes

Haz-Elec successfully delivered the complete electrical installation, integration, and commissioning of the Marini Top Tower TT2500 asphalt plant within the scheduled five-month project period. The delivery established a fully integrated, high-capacity electrical and control system supporting production rates of up to 200 tonnes per hour, with comprehensive power distribution, automation, instrumentation, safety systems, and plant-wide module integration. The project achieved zero lost-time incidents and delivered a reliable, compliant, and commissioning-ready electrical infrastructure capable of supporting continuous, precision asphalt production.
